Del mar 37 is a house for rental on a daily basis, for a maximum of 6 tenants. Prices are per night, for the full house, and up to 6 people. All prices include VAT tax and all house expenses (water, electricity, internet access, heating and air conditioning).

Del mar 37 is available for long term rental during autumn and winter time at lower rates. The minimum rental period are 21 days or 49 days. Rates per night, including taxes and all house expenses (water, electricity, internet access, heating and air conditioning), are the following:

How to book?
Before aplying for a reservation, make sure you understand and accept the Terms and Conditions and rates. Final price includes VAT tax plus all house expenses (water, electricity, internet access, heating and air conditioning). Housekeeping during your stay can be booked any moment. Final housekeeping is included in the total price.
Check availability
Check Del mar 37 calendar to confirm that the holiday period you want to book is available. Check season rate. Usually it is possible to fit arriving day on the same departure day. If you have special check-in or check-out requirements, tell us.
Pay your deposit
In order to make a firm reservation, 40% of the total amount should be paid. You can chose either PayPal, credit or debit card. Once your dates are blocked, you will be requested to provide all tenant details to draft your contract.
Sign contract agreement
The resting 60% of the total renting amount has to be transferred 5 weeks in advance of the check-in date. Meanwhile, you will receive a draft contract to be signed on the arrival day. If you have any additional question, contact us.
